Fill Dirt (1 Cubic Yard - Delivered)
Fill dirt is a natural, unscreened, earthy material that may contain a mixture of rocks, sand and stones. Typically a subsoil, fill dirt is nearly free of organic material to minimize settling.
Fill dirt is primarily associated with filling depressions or holes in the ground, but it has a wide range of uses. Fill dirt is used for highway shoulders, low-lying construction sites, landscaping projects and pool installations. From building runways to creating islands, fill dirt is essential for numerous construction and renovation applications. PLEASE NOTE: We have a TWO YARD MINIMUM ORDER on products for local delivery.

What is a ‘cubic yard’ and how do I decide how many I need to order?
One cubic yard of landscaping material covers 100 square feet at three inches deep. To decide how many cubic yards of material to order, use the calculator provided on this site. You can also use a standard equation where you find the total square footage of the beds you want to cover. Then divide the square footage by 100 to get the number of cubic yards required.
